RTP @ UBC is the first university-chapter of Right To Play. UBC's mission to raise awareness about Sport for Development and Right To Play's international initiatives is three-fold:
- To educate the UBC student body and Vancouver residents about sport for development, and to create an awareness of RTP’s International programs.
- To raise funds for the Toronto-based parent organization, Right To Play.
- To educate UBC students and Vancouver residents about RTP volunteer opportunities in 40 sport and play programs spread across 20 war-torn countries.
RTP @ UBC is run by a team of committed university students who advocate sport for development within their community and local community.
